Easiest Cranberry Sugar Cookies Ever
- 1 box cranberry quick bread mix (I use Pillsbury)
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
Combine mix and butter, roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes.
Told ya they were easy.
